Why We Made It
Sitting for most of the day can lead to poor circulation in the legs and feet, which can get really uncomfortable in a cold office! Space heaters offer comfort, but most come with high power demands, and they pose fire hazards. Most offices won't even allow them.
That's why we're offering safe, energy-efficient alternatives to traditional space heating. Most space heaters use convection to blow hot, dry air at you. Whereas our heaters use electricity run through carbon fiber fabric to emit a soft glow of infrared heat.
Why You'll Love It
This infrared heat is the exact same heat you feel when standing near a fire, or under the sun. It's heats objects directly, not the air. This is how our heater can provide the same level of comfort as a 1000+Watt heater, while using only 300 Watts! (with other space heaters, most of the heated air simply blows away to some other part of the room).
The design is kept purposefully minimalist, with a simple on/off switch, and a curved shape that doesn't require a separate stand.
In most states, this heater only costs about 3 cents per hour to run.
